Through this system, you will be able to create an account and schedule appointments for Parent Teacher Conferences.

**Please note that Fall 2021 Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held virtually**

Before you can book appointments, you must set up your account by clicking on the "REGISTER" tab above. You will be prompted to provide contact information about yourself and information about your children attending Sullivan. Please Note: You need only register one time in a given school year. Once registered, you will be able to book appointments for the fall or spring Parent-Teacher Conferences by simply logging in during the apporpriate time period. 

Remember to record your login ID and password in order to be able to make changes to your appointment times, if needed, and also to allow you to book appointments for next semester's Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Appointments for the next Parent-Teacher Conferences may be booked online starting Thursday, October 14 at 8:30 a.m. and continuing to Tuesday, October 19, at 11:50 p.m.  You will be able to book up to six appointments per child for this event.

As the appointments are in 7-minute intervals, and in the interest of keeping the evening moving smoothly, we would ask that parents make every effort to be conscious of timing.  If you require additional time to speak with your child(ren)'s teacher, please make arrangements directly with them.

Once you have registered, simply log in during the scheduling period to make appointments to meet your Grade 8-12 child's teachers.

Please Note: The following teachers will be holding student-led conferences or making alternate arrangments with parents wanting to speak with them and therefore will not be available for appointments. Teachers holding student-led conferences will provide more details to parents regarding the conference schedules.
